You have 60 days to send the goods back to our headquarters; please contact our Customer Care Department to notify that you are sending back your fabrics. Only entire rolls can be returned. Please keep in mind that the shipping charges as well as any possible duties, taxes and other additional costs are the customers’ responsibility. Please note that if a free delivery service, any promo or special condition applied to you was used in the delivery, the original shipping costs will also be charged in case of return. After the items have arrived in our headquarters, you will receive a credit memo.
